Mark Todd
A better Epsom & Ewell, Ashtead & Leatherhead
About Mark Todd
"Hello, I'm Mark Todd, and I'm running for MP to represent Epsom & Ewell, Ashtead, and Leatherhead. I believe our community deserves an MP who genuinely cares and is committed to making a positive impact. Epsom and Ewell is my home, and I want to ensure it thrives with better services, improved infrastructure, and a safer environment for all."
I’m voting for Mark!

He cares about the local area and I have every confidence he will be an approachable, principled and proactive MP.

I think Labour are best placed to beat the Tories in our constituency and after 14 years it’s time for a change.
Holly, Teacher, Epsom
No Second Job Pledge
If elected, unlike our last MP, I commit to NOT doing a second job; but instead concentrating ALL my time on helping the fabulous people, businesses and charities of Epsom, Ewell, Ashtead and Leatherhead. The place I live and love.

My Priorities
SUPPORT LOCAL COMMUNITY GROUPS

Work with local community groups to improve the constituency tackling issues like the Chalk Pit and the preservation of community facilities
RE-BUILD EPSOM & ST. HELIER HOSPITALS

Finally re-build Epsom and St. Helier Hospitals. 17,500 more doctors and nurses, and weekend clinics to reduce waiting lists.
FREE BREAKFAST CLUBS & IMPROVED SCHOOLS

6,500 more teachers and free breakfast clubs for primary school pupils. Mental health support in every school
FIX OUR ROADS AND REDUCE SEWAGE DUMPING

Demand action from Surrey County Council to fix our roads properly. Tougher penalties on the water companies so they dump less sewage
REAL ACTION ON CRIME AND ANTI-SOCIAL BEHAVIOUR

13,000 new neighbourhood police and PCSOs; and criminal justice reform to take back our streets from criminals
MORE HOMES WHILE PRESERVING GREEN SPACES

More affordable homes on brownfield sites & in new towns to ease the housing crisis and save our green belt
A THRIVING ECONOMY AND BETTER WAGES

Economic growth to put money back into your pocket. Things getting better again
HUGE INVESTMENT IN GREEN ENERGY

RE-NATIONALISE OUR RAILWAYS

Bring the railways back into public ownership including South Western Railway in May 2025 to improve services and value for money
A NEW DEAL FOR WORKING PEOPLE

We’ll boost wages and make work more secure. We’ll deliver a genuine living wage, ban exploitative zero-hour contracts, and end fire and rehire
A NEW DEAL FOR NATURE

Halt the decline of British species and protect at least 30% of the land and sea by 2030. Prioritise the protection of nature with a new land use framework.
MAINTAIN THE TRIPLE LOCK, PROTECT PENSIONERS

Labour will protect the triple lock on pensions and increase the state pension each year in line with inflation, average earnings, or by 2.5 per cent, whichever is higher and we'll boost the NHS meaning better health care.

I’m asking for your support to be Epsom and Ewell's first ever Labour MP.

The next election is our opportunity to elect a Labour government that will give Britain its future back.
The evidence of the Tories’ neglect of our community is undeniable. Skyrocketing waiting times at our hospitals, roads falling apart, and sewage being pumped into our local rivers.

Many community groups such as the Chalk Pit residents are also suffering from the Government's lack of care and competence. Epsom and Ewell deserves an MP who has the compassion, drive, and business acumen to stand up and deliver for them. I ask you to give me the chance to be that MP.
